Martha Davis is the Executive Manager for Policy Development, Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA). Ms. Davis is responsible for the Agency's legislative and policy development programs, including special initiatives addressing renewable energy, water supply development, and water quality protection. Previously, Ms. Davis served as the Executive Director for Californians and the Land and the Mono Lake Committee. Under her leadership, the Mono Lake campaign culminated in the State Water Resources Control Board’s unanimous decision to protect Mono Lake. Ms. Davis is chair of the Energy Committee for the Association of California Water Agencies and serves as a Board Member for ACWA. She is co-chair of the state's California Watershed Advisory Committee. Ms. Davis is President of the Board for Earth Island Institute serves on the boards of the California Water Energy Coalition, the Mono Lake Committee, and the WateReuse Association’s California section.
